A Subaru Outback veered off the road and crashed into a brick complex Friday afternoon in Boise. According to officials, at the time of the crash, nobody was inside the apartment.
It appears the driver hit his accelerator by accident, plowing ten inches into the building, said a Boise police spokeswoman. The accident caused “considerable damage” to the building.
Police said the driver of the vehicle and his wife drove themselves to a hospital following the accident. At this time no citations have been issued.
